April is Poetry Month and the Cazenovia Public Library is celebrating with Book Spine Poetry! What is Book Spine Poetry?  Creating a poem is as easy as gathering books and stacking them so when the titles/spines are read. Poems can be funny, celebratory, poignant, reflective... anything; the possibilities are endless.

We're asking the community to browse the Library stacks or their personal collection at home for original compositions. Once you've arranged the books, take a picture and send it to us via email (cazenovia@midyork.org) or upload it to Facebook , Twitter or Instagram and use #cplpoetry. We'll collect submissions throughout April so make sure to revisit this page to see all contributions.

Be creative and inspired!
