Children ages 8-12 are invited to join Jenna Wright Martin at the Cazenovia Public Library for the popular Art for Kids program series.
The next installment of this hands-on series will be held Monday, Oct. 11 at 2 p.m. on the Library’s Front Lawn. In case of inclement weather the program will be held in the Community Room.
This Art for Kids session will feature artist Geoffrey Clough. Mr. Clough has reimagined the old “Spin Art” days at the State Fair with a new “spin” on that fun, creative expression!
Using old 33-1/3 vinyl records, we can recycle them by turning them into new “folksy” artwork.
All materials will be provided.
Class size is limited to ensure program quality. Register for the program using the form below or by calling the Library at 315-655-9322.
Participants will qualify for the chance to win a beautiful art set donated by a good friend of the Library. The kit contains 178 pieces, including colored markers, crayons, colored pencils, watercolor cakes, oil pastels, acrylic paint tubes, and much more — all arranged in a beautiful wooden case with adjustable trays.
All events at the Cazenovia Public Library are free and open to the public.
