Author Visit: Cindy Freeman

July 25, 2019 @ 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Cazenovia Public Library will host a lecture and book signing by author Cindy Freeman at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 25 in the Community Room.

The topic of Freeman’s presentation is “Exploring Difficult Subject Matter in Fiction Writing.” The author will also discuss writing as a second career.

Freeman is retired from a forty-five-year career in music education and performance. A native of central New York, she now lives in James City County, Virginia with her family.

Although writing fiction has been her lifelong passion, she did not become an author until after the age of 60. Freeman published her first novel, Diary in the Attic, in 2009. Since then, she has published several additional works, including novels, non-fiction pieces and short stories.
