The Library invites you to a book talk on The Talisman with author and artist Bob Kasprzycki November 12th at 7 pm in the Community Room.
Bob Kasprzycki is an artist and writer from central New York who just published his first novel, “The Talisman.” Set in British Columbia, the novel explores the rich history and traditions of Native Americans in that region of North America.
Kasprzycki says a college creative writing course sparked an interest in fiction writing, and he was inspired by Native Americans, their plight and their cultures, to write “The Talisman.” The book surrounds John and Marie Eagleton and their two sons, who shroud a mysterious gift sculpted from ivory centuries ago.
This event is free and open to the public. Call the Library at 315.655.9322 with questions.
