This May we’re celebrating the 1950s’ cinema with a series of classic films from that decade join us May 18th at 2 pm for the film 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, with James Mason and Kirk Douglas.
Based on the classic Jules Verne novel, the film tells the tale of a ship and its crew sent to investigate a wave of mysterious sinkings encounters the advanced submarine, the Nautilus, commanded by Captain Nemo.
This movie is rated G and runs 127 minutes. This program is free and open to the public; popcorn will be provided. Call the Library at 315.655.9322 with questions.
