Visit us on Wednesday September 14th at 2pm and see the hips that caused a cultural revolution in Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis, starring Austin Butler as the titular character and Tom Hanks as Colonel Tom Parker, his manager.

Elvis follows the story of infamous rock ‘n’ roll star Elvis Presley seen through the eyes of his controversial manager Colonel Tom Parker. The film explores Elvis Presley’s highs and lows and the many challenges and controversies he received throughout his career. (imdb/voodoo.com)

This event will be held in the Betsy Kennedy Community Room and is free and open to the public. The film is rated PG-13 and runs 2hrs and 40 minutes; popcorn and viewing sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
