The Cazenovia Public Library offers two private meeting spaces for local non-profit and community organizations to use- the Betsy Kennedy Community Room and the Felice Tierney Board Room and can be reserved online through the link below. If you’re group would like to meet elsewhere in the Library- the Story Garden, Reference Room, Front Parlor- please visit the Library or call 315.655.9322.
Room Use Policy
Prior to reserving a room, please read our full Room Use Policy. All organizations and individuals using the rooms must have a current signed Room Use Agreement on file at the Library. Agreement forms may be signed the day of your reservations and expire one year following their filing.
Room-use is strictly confined to the Library’s operating hours. Please included set-up and clean-up time in your reservation.
Allowed
- Not- For Profit Community groups, associations, and agencies
- Educational, cultural, and civic meetings
- Use of the Library's AV equipment
- Responsible food/drinks consumption
- Books up to 4 months in advance
Prohibited
- Use by commercial and/or for-profit organizations, political campaigns, religious services, disruptive musical performances and practices. Private social events (birthdays, showers, reunions, retirement etc)
- Early access/late use outside of the Library's hours of operation.
- Library supplies are reserved for Library programs only. Groups must supply their own material.
- Collection of fees, fundraising, donations, or money (including “free-will” donations)
Of Note
- In rare circumstances, Library programming may need to take priority of room use
- Reservations are limited to 2 per week, but additional use is available on a walk-in/call basis.
- Spaces may be reserved up to 4 hours; addition time may be granted by Library Director.
- Reservations require a contact name, phone number, and the name of the group you represent.
Meeting Spaces

Betsy Kennedy Community Room
80 people maximum. Room is equipped with a DVD/BluRay/VCR player, surround sound, and a projector with VGA/HDMI connectivity. The Community Room is adjacent to the kitchen, which is also available for use by groups, but Library staff have unrestricted access.

Felice Tierney Board Room
Comfortable meeting for ~12 people. Room is equipped with a HDMI capable TV. This room is located on our third floor and is not handicap accessible.
