The Cazenovia Public Library offers two private meeting spaces for local non-profit and community organizations to use- the Betsy Kennedy Community Room and the Felice Tierney Board Room and can be reserved online through the link below. If you’re group would like to meet elsewhere in the Library- the Story Garden, Reference Room, Front Parlor- please visit the Library or call 315.655.9322. 

Room Use Policy

Prior to reserving a room, please read our full Room Use Policy. All organizations and individuals using the rooms must have a current signed Room Use Agreement on file at the Library. Agreement forms may be signed the day of your reservations and expire one year following their filing.  

Room-use is strictly confined to the Library’s operating hours. Please included set-up and clean-up time in your reservation.

Meeting Spaces

Betsy Kennedy Community Room

80 people maximum. Room is equipped with a DVD/BluRay/VCR player, surround sound, and a projector with VGA/HDMI connectivity. The Community Room is adjacent to the kitchen, which is also available for use by groups, but Library staff have unrestricted access.

Felice Tierney Board Room

Comfortable meeting for ~12 people. Room is equipped with a HDMI capable TV. This room is located on our third floor and is not handicap accessible.
